Cancelling a Contract.
You may cancel a contract at any time by writing to the network provider. The Provider may reserve the right to deduct any costs they incur as noted in their terms and conditions. We are entitled to cancel a contract at any time by giving you 14 days notice in writing to your last known address.
Provider Terms & Conditions.
All returns must be dealt directly with the network chosen. Kamicom Limited is not and does not claim to be the contract or phone provider. Yesmobilephone.co.uk will however be unable to assist in any way in regards to returns or cancellation.
Exchanges (if applicable)
All exchanges including damaged items will need to be dealt directly with the network provider you have chosen,
Kamicom Limited will be unable to assist with this.
To return your product this must be dealt with the network provider directly.
Service Terms & Conditions.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age to use this site. All line rental and free handset offers displayed are based on the relevant networks current offers and could be subject to change stated by the Provider.
You are also agreeing for the Provider to perform the relevant credit checks required to process your application. Note – The Service Charges are non refundable. They are a service not a product and are therefore non refundable on cancelled or returned orders.
The High Acceptance Guarantee means we will offer ALL customers a pay monthly contract with a Smartphone. But network and phone packages cannot be guaranteed as are subject to credit check (with the exception of “no credit check” offers). If acceptance is not gained for a customer’s first choice order we reserve the right to offer an alternative. Some networks may require advance payments of the first bill before a SIM Card or Phone is dispatched. Additional proofs of identity may be required where our standard security and/or credit checks have not been sufficiently satisfied. The initial check will be done for every customer on the network offering the highest acceptance rates to establish if further checks are required and to minimize the “footprint” left on each customer’s credit file with unnecessary checks. Should this simple check be failed no further checks for full contract will be completed and a No Credit Check 100% acceptance offer with a smart phone offer will be made. Should the provider gain acceptance for you with the networks for a full contract with a handset, you will be advised on the next steps on completing your order. You understand that your content (not including payment card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.
